Football Mid North Coast (FMNC) aims to implement sustainable programs of excellence to optimise the participation and enjoyment of players, coaches, referees and volunteers throughout the FMNC Zone.
Specifically, this role will coordinate and implement the club & referee development strategies and initiatives in FMNC, with a particular focus on the recruitment and retention of participants at all levels.
To support and raise standards in Community and Premier League Clubs through implementation of FMNC’s club development initiatives;
To provide best practice advice and support to clubs on effective approaches to facility enhancement and management;
To assist clubs with registration procedures and the use of proprietary online data bases – myfootballclub and Sports TG
To assist clubs in identifying and applying for appropriate funding;
To support and assist clubs with the recruitment and retention of players, coaches, club officials and volunteers
The role will be responsible for providing support to our referees, with an emphasis on improving the efficiency of administration & communication
To maintain the data base and training records of our match officials
To provide administrative support to the FMNC General Manager, Technical Director and Administration Officer as required
