FMNC U12 Girls – Undefeated in State Championships

The Football Mid North Coast U12 girls have completed an undefeated tournament at the Northern NSW Football State Skill Acquisition Program (SAP) Championship held in Coffs Harbour this week.

With 4 wins and 2 draws from their 6 matches in the 3 Day Coffs Harbour tournament, FMNC fell just short of being crowned Champions having to settle for Runners Up. With 14 points, FMNC finished 1 point behind winners NNSWF Select SAP (5 wins and 1 loss) whom FMNC defeated 3-1 on Day 2.

A strong defensive display resulted in the girls conceding just the 3 goals all tournament. In attack, FMNC found the back of the net 10 times. Goal scorers: Tash Mackie (6), Milla Crabbe (1), Chelsea Hackenberg (1), Allanah Logan-Pye (1), Zara Williams (1).

Earlier this year, FMNC took out the Kanga Cup in July with 5 wins and 1 loss, conceding just the 1 goal during the tournament in Canberra (largest International Youth Football Tournament in the Southern Hemisphere).
