Tinonee SC officially gain FFA Level 1 Accreditation

Northern NSW Football is proud to recognise that Tinonee Soccer Club has recently gained Level 1 accreditation in the Football Federation Australia (FFA) National Club Accreditation Scheme.

NNSWF Club Development Officer Phillip Andrews had the opportunity recently to meet with Kascie and Laurent from the Tinonee Soccer Club to present them with their certificate for gaining level 1 accreditation on behalf of FFA.

Accreditation through the National Club Accreditation Scheme is a signal to sponsors, grant providers, club members and the community that Tinonee Soccer Club has developed the quality of governance essential for continued growth.

 

From their level 1 accreditation Tinonee Soccer Club can expect:

> Continued guidance from FFA and Member Federations to enhance their football delivery.

> Support for game development including coach education, volunteer development, refereeing and small-sided football.

> Attracting sponsors and volunteers.

> Increasing credibility in the community.

> Priority access to any future funding opportunities.

 

Tinonee SC official Kascie King said it’s a proud moment for the club.

“We are so excited and honoured to have achieved Level One accreditation from NNSWF and FFA,” King said on behalf of the club.

“Tinonee Soccer Club is a small, volunteer run community club with big hopes and dreams and having this will help us to be able to achieve those goals. We thank NNSWF for working with us on the road to be the best club we can be,” she concluded.

Andrews believes it’s a tremendous, deserving achievement for the small club.

“Gaining Level 1 NCAS accreditation confirms the wonderful efforts of Tinonee Soccer Club in developing their governance and promoting participation in football within their community,” said Andrews.

“The club has actively and successfully pursued funding to enhance the experience at their venue for members and visitors. As the club continues to evolve, sponsors, members and volunteers can feel confident in the direction being taken by the hardworking committee. We look forward to working with Kascie and the club’s committee to further develop Tinonee Soccer Club,” he concluded.
